Return & Refund Policy

At Karcher LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction. 

In accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" of the Republic of Armenia, the following conditions apply to the return and exchange of products of proper quality purchased from "Kercher" LLC by consumers.


Product Returns and Exchanges

The return or exchange of a purchased product shall be carried out in accordance with Article 23, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/209913), within fourteen (14) days, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product’s original external appearance is preserved;

  • The product’s consumer properties are preserved;

  • The product has not been used and remains in its original packaging;

  • All technical documentation, operating manuals, and accompanying booklets are preserved;

  • The warranty card and the fiscal (cash) receipt issued to the Buyer are preserved.

Products shall not be eligible for return or exchange in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including decisions of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and other applicable regulatory legal acts.

Pursuant to Decision No. 77 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated January 30, 2002, a list of proper-quality non-food products that are not subject to return or exchange is approved and available at:

You Cannot Return or Exchange Products:
If the product was made or delivered according to your specific requirements or was personalized.
If the product has visible, erased, damaged, or unreadable unique serial numbers.
If the product has been physically damaged due to improper handling, incorrect storage, collisions, accidents, or abnormal conditions.
If the product has been used, or no longer retains its original condition (e.g., torn packaging, damaged labels).
In other cases, as provided by normative legal acts, when the product is not subject to return or exchange.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:
To return or exchange the product, please contact the customer service department within 14 days of receiving the product at +37441255063.
You will need to provide the purchased product (including accessories and packaging), its seals, product labels (if available at the time of purchase), and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

In the case of a return, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method after the return is processed (if paid in cash, the refund will be made immediately).

In the case of an exchange, if there is a price difference between the exchanged and originally purchased products, and the seller is obligated to return the difference to the consumer, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method after the exchange is processed (if paid in cash, the refund will be made immediately).

In the case of an exchange, if there is a price difference between the exchanged and originally purchased products, and the consumer is obligated to pay the difference to the seller, the consumer will pay the difference at the time of the exchange.
