Delivery and Payment Policy
Karcher LLC provides delivery services in Yerevan and throughout the Republic of Armenia through our couriers and trusted delivery partner organizations.
Delivery Conditions:
Within Yerevan:
Orders are delivered on weekdays and will be completed within 3 business days. Delivery hours are from 10:00 to 18:00.
Within the Republic of Armenia: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The delivery is coordinated by a phone call in advance with the courier.
Payment Options:
You may pay the courier in cash, or choose from online payment options via Visa, MasterCard, Arca cards, or bank transfer. For non-cash payments, the delivery time is calculated from the moment the payment is received in the seller's bank account.
Our delivery services are available in Yerevan as well as other regions of Armenia. Delivery Costs: For Yerevan and the regions of Armenia
Orders with a total value of less than 40,000 AMD will incur a delivery charge of 1,500 AMD
Orders exceeding 40,000 AMD will receive free delivery. Refund of Delivery Charges: In case of refusal of goods, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost of 1,500 AMD.
